Forticrete’s decorative Linear bricks have been specified for the construction of a 250 sq ft single storey extension at an awe-inspiring, 4-bedroom cottage in Reigate, Surrey.

Forticrete has recently completed a roofing project for premium retirement home and assisted living developer Richmond Care Villages. The work was undertaken in partnership with building and architectural specialist BAM Construction and delivered at Richmond’s newest facility in Wood Norton, Worcestershire.

When Architects O’Sullivan Skoufoglou was commissioned to design a rear extension as part of the significant renovation of an end-terraced property in Hackney, London, it utilised the opportunity to undertake an alternative approach to the types of building products specified and their corresponding methods of installation.

High performance architectural masonry has been specified on this wonderful restaurant and entertainment complex, just west of Ashton-under-Lyne in Tameside.

With the development located in a rural area, standards were set by the local planning authority meaning the roofing contractor required a tile that would complement the traditional neighbouring buildings. Delighted to see this project getting nominated for an RCI National Roofing Award.

The external façade of Kennedy Court at Audley St. Elphin’s Park, a luxury retirement village in Derbyshire, has been completed using Forticrete high performance cast stone blocks in three bespoke colours.
