FIXING: Plain Tiles are laid broken bond in courses with not more than 65mm headlap for roofing and not less than 35mm for vertical tiling. Tiles are fixed with two 40mm x 3mm aluminium nails in at least every fifth course for roofing and every course for vertical tiling. Nail holes are located approximately 35 mm down from the head of the tile and approximately 40mm in from the side edges.
The information above gives the general fixing information for the Plain tile, however for more detailed fixing requirements please refer to either the Zonal Fixing Method or alternatively you can request a fixing specification from the Technical Department using the downloadable form.

GUARANTEE: The colour of Plain Tiles will
change with natural weathering over the years but the integrity of
the tiles carries a 60 year guarantee, from date of supply, subject
to the company's normal terms.
