Innovative tiling design and the power of technology have been harnessed to create a low-pitch interlocking roof tile. It is capable of being laid to a rafter pitch of *10 degrees and provides a highly effective barrier against the elements.

* On some simple roof designs Centurion® can be laid down to a pitch of 10º, but this should not be attempted without prior consultation with the Forticrete Technical Department - 0800 262136

Centurion® fixing
FIXING: For rafter pitches below 22.5° all tiles should be clipped by fitting a tile clip over the underlock and nailing with a 50 x 3.35mm nail into the batten below. When using verge clips it will be necessary to use half tiles. Left and right hand verge tiles are available on request. Factors governing the mechanical fixing of Forticrete slates and tiles are contained in BS 5534:2003 Slating and Tiling.

The colour of CENTURION® will change with natural weathering over the years but the integrity of the tile carries a 60 year guarantee, from the date of supply, subject to the company's normal terms. Forticrete Roofing Products' policy is one of continuous improvement and the Company reserves the right to change specifications and designs at any time without notice. The colours reproduced within this website are as close as the photographic and reproduction processes will allow.

Where an exact colour match is critical, you are advised to view actural tile samples.
