Modern Office Development Uses Forticrete Regency Ashlar Masonry Blocks

Regency Ashlar blocks from Forticrete, the UK's leading manufacturer of architectural masonry products, have been used to create a striking office development in Morton Palms, Darlington.

Specified in a bespoke Terracotta colour, Forticrete's Regency Ashlar blocks were sourced by the architect as a cost effective alternative to rainscreen cladding.

The project also utilised precast Textured Pewter radius units for the curved elements and Pewter Textured masonry for the straight walls at the bases of the buildings. The project architects, Red Box Design, were so impressed with the result of this new office development that they relocated into one of the units.
