A selection of Cast Stone Surrounds meets planning requirements
A design and build project situated within the existing college grounds, and in a sensitive planning area.
The works are to provide a new clinic building over three floors, with accommodation for treatment rooms, clinic facilities, offices and student teaching facilities.
Due to planning issues, the external envelope of the building has been designed to reflect and arts and craft design, with white Sto render, natural slate roof with lead dormers, slim frame profile windows which sit in check behind Forticrete Portland stone window surrounds.
Works commenced January 2008, and were completed in December 2008
