Gemini meeting the standards

South Yorkshire Housing Association's new development of 71 homes at Canklow Woods in Rotherham has recently been completed and features 4000m² of Gemini concrete roof tiles in Slate Grey.

Scheme Developmwnt Standards, Ecohomes 'Very Good' rating and Secured by Design were all required for the development which is a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses and bungalows.

SYHA commissioned Cartwright Pickard Architects to develop proposals for the site in June 2006 with completion on site in late July 2008.
