Roofing and Stone Price Increase 1st January 2012

Please be advised that we are implementing a price increase with effect from the 1^st January 2012. The details of how this will affect your price will be circulated as follows:

All 2012 yard stock quotations will be issued by no later than the 1^st December 2011 the new prices that come into effect on the 1^st January 2012. All current site quotations and trading agreements will be updated 30 working days prior to its expiry date. Please note if you do not have a new quotation your prices will not change until we have issued you a new 2012 quotation and provide you with the notice period as indicated above.

All Forticrete Roof Tiles, Roof Slates, Roof Fittings, Walling and Cast Stone products will be increased by a minimum of 6%

These increases are unavoidable as they are as a result of increases in our utility, raw material and transport costs. Reference roof tiles and slates -  Call off periods for plot lots should be a minimum of 5 days to avoid haulage surcharges being applied. We would appreciate you circulating this letter to your administration staff that may be affected by these changes. This will assist with the processing of any 2012 invoices.
