I need a block weighing less than 20kg, but 140mm wide, what options have you?

Forticrete can offer a Medium Density (Newlite) block that weighs 19.5kg, a cellular Dense aggregate (Newcon) block that weighs 19.8kg or a Dense aggregate (Newcon) Midi block (300 x 140 x 215) that weighs 18.1kg. For Architectural masonry you would need to specify/use the cellular block.
