Can concrete blocks be used below DPC?

Aggregate concrete blocks can be used in a wide variety of situations and their durability in finished construction is covered by Table 12 in BS 5628-3:2005. This table shows that for concrete masonry used below DPC the block should have a net density of ? 1500kg/m³ or be made with dense aggregate or have a strength ? 7.3N/mm².
