Customer Service Advisor
Reporting To: Clare Bradshaw - Customer Service Manager
Job Description:
To provide customer service support to the specification sales
team, Architects, Contractors and trade distributors, this varied
role is ideal for an outgoing individual who enjoys customer
contact.
Your main responsibilities will lie in the following key functional areas-
- Providing quotations for tender enquiries
- Processing customer orders
- Dealing with stock enquiries
- General administration duties
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
Applicants will need to demonstrate:-
- Excellent office skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Efficiency and confidence
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- A flexible approach to work
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Effective management of your working time and being able to prioritise tasks
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven customer service experience
- Self disciplined with ability to multi task.
- A desire to acquire and learn new skills.
- Ability to work in a team based environment
