Project Description

St Elphin's Park started life as a private house, becoming a spa in the 19th century and latterly a well-known girls' boarding school Audley Court are restoring the neglected Victorian stone buildings and creating 126 attractively designed homes. The results combine the Gothic grandeur of the original spa with a development that echoes the appeal of a traditional Derbyshire hamlet.

The Forticrete walling & cast stone have been carefully chosen to complement the natural stone on the existing Victorian buildings.
