Project Description
St Elphin's Park started life as a private house,
becoming a spa in the 19th century and latterly a well-known girls'
boarding school Audley Court are restoring the neglected Victorian
stone buildings and creating 126 attractively designed homes. The
results combine the Gothic grandeur of the original spa with a
development that echoes the appeal of a traditional Derbyshire
hamlet.
The Forticrete walling & cast stone have been carefully chosen to complement the natural stone on the existing Victorian buildings.
