Project Description:
The project consists of four blocks. Blocks A
and B have retail units at ground floor level with aparments above;
Block C is a multiplex cinema and Block D is a car park.
Blocks A and B have been designed in such a way that they appear to
be several different buildings butting up to each other.
Some parts of the elevations have rendered wall and some have Shearstone wall; both having cast stone dressings. The dressings consisting of heads, sills, plinths, band course, low level copings, arch, bullseye window etc. Block C consisted of Shearstone walling with some cast stone heads and copings. Block D consisted of a cast stone plinth area with heads, sills, arches, mullions, transommes.
