This project is the first phase of the Nottingham's Waterside

Nottingham Racecourse. Industrial land is to be transformed
into a modern live - work environment. River Crescent is a
large development of luxury apartments, by Trent Park
Developments, overlooking the River Trent with extensive views
over the Southern approaches to Nottingham.
The design is modern and striking, and includes bespoke cast stone ashlar blocks, and specially designed and detailed balcony copings, and at ground floor level tear drop shaped flower beds.
The project was carefully managed by the Product Engineering Department at Anstone, with the cast stone being produced at the BSI Kitemarked works at Masoncrete, near Matlock, Derbys.
