Skene Medical Group required a modern building providing a widest spectrum of medical facilities to ensure the best treatment for patients and the promotion of health in the community.

The dynamic use of the Regency Ashlar and Cast Stone with the full height pier detail gives a modern appearance to the building which also blends in with the local vernacular of this rural Aberdeenshire location.
