Description of Project:
Rainscreen cladding originally specified for project, however this was changed to Masonry due to budget. A special colour was then produced specifically for the project. The project also includes two courses of Pewter Textured at the base with precast radius units to the entrances.
The Architects for the project, Red Box Design, have since moved into one of the units on the development.
