Project Description:
Orion Homes have been a frequent spcifier of the
Forticrete Hardrow Slate. The Development at the Maltings,
Shepley is the third site where the Harmony colour range
(Concerto) has been selected. Each site has sold well so it would
seem this colour combination is a successful formula and the
Hardrow slates are also a proven roofing material in
satisfying stringent planning conditions.
The warm tones of the Hardrow Harmony complement well with the natural stone used, and a full dry fix system was utlised, with dry vent ridge and dry verge providing a maintenance free roof.
