Project Description
A new 64 bed care home for Avery Health Care has
been completed in the summer of 2009 at Beacon Lane Grantham.
The building is designed to give a hotel feel for the people who
live in the property whilst providing 24 hour care to residents as
required.
The care home is situated within a residential area and has been designed to blend in with the domestic properties in the adjacent area. The use of Forticrete Gemini roof tiles in Autumn colour, with close attention to detail has helped the building fit in well within the street scene, whilst maintaining a property of high quality.
