Project Description
Representing a £45 million investment, this
purpose built retirement village of 201 apartments offers assisted
living for the over 55's and provides three distinct living
concepts with both rental and purchase options available.
It includes a dementia unit with a retro fitted market square
for reminiscence, and numerous other facilities such as a wellness
centre with pool and gym, a cinema, hairdresser, restaurants,
bowling green, and shops etc.
With aesthetic appeal and performance being a prime consideration,
some 185,000 Minislate were used,
and in addition dry fix components were specified to
create a maintenance free roof on this large
development.
