Project Description

This 4 acre site north of Northampton has been developed into an elderly care village with 14 bungalows, 20 care apartments, 63 bed nursing home and 26 bed specialist dementia unit which provides for a full variety of needs for the elderly.

The rural setting allows a safe and independent lifestyle for all residents, with the added benefit of views over the rolling countryside. The village is environmentally friendly with super insulated buildings, and 20% of all the power to run the complex is generated on site.

All the buildings have Forticrete Gemini roof tiles which assist the development to blend into this rural setting.
