Project Description
Forticrete have been supplying roofing products to Harrogate BC for
several years for their Decent Homes re-roofing projects, using
Hardow and Senator in certain locations, but Gemini being the most
widely used.
All three products have different characteristics, Hardrow in
sensitive rural areas, Senator with its pantile look, and Gemini
with its plain tile appeal and numerous cost saving advantages.
With the wide range of colours available in Gemini, it has enabled
the product to blend in with the local vernacular, and to
date Red, Rustic, Autumn, Slate Grey, Jacobean and Brown have
been used.
Forticrete's range of dry fix options such as dry vent ridge
and dry hip have also been specified to provide maintenance free
detailing on the roofs.
