Project Description

Guinness Northern Counties (Housing Association) based in Sheffield has specified Forticrete Gemini for some years now, and on this development of bungalows chose the popular Autumn colour. In addition to the much improved aesthetics the Gemini provides compared to commodity tiles, the incorporating of a full dry fix system on this development provides a virtually maintenance free detail at the ridge, hip, valley and verge, and an enhanced mechanical fixing compared to mortar.

Forticrete dry fix systems enable a faster installation time than traditional mortar, and prevent excessive delays in construction when low temperatures prevail.
