Redrow Homes Cardiff, began using the Forticrete Gemini in Mid-2010, because the Gemini help achieve the aesthetic appearance of traditional clay plain tiles, while being cost effective. They are now using the Gemini Mixed Russet & Slate Grey as shown below exclusively, on their New Heritage range of homes.

The new Mixed Russet Gemini colour is enabling developers to achieve a clay plain tile appearance with the cost-effectiveness' of standard roof tiles, and ticks all the environmental boxes for sustainability. By the end of 2010 Redrow South Wales had used in in excess of 200,000 tiles on their developments.

As you can see the environmental savings of Gemini over clay or concrete plain tiles added with the potential monetary savings in-excess of £1000 per roof, means that Gemini is a roof tile covering that no one can afford to overlook.
