Project Description
This large site has been under development since
2004, with the last phase due for completion in 2011.
The properties have ranged from a large apartment block, to smaller terrace style homes, right up to the larger spacious 6 bedroom houses.
Two of the very popular Forticrete products have been used (Gemini and Minislate) to provide a varied appearance to the development, with both Welsh Blue and Slate Grey colours chosen for the Minislate.
On the majority of the site the dry fix option has been preferred, with its ease of installation, and to ensure a more maintenance free roof.
