Project Description
Regent Park is a new low density mixed
development of campus offices and light industrial / warehouse
buildings set in an attractive landscaped environment with good
parking provision.
The development is close to the centre of the market town of
Princes Risborough in the lee of the Chiltern Hills between
Aylesbury and High Wycombe. The M40 is within 5 miles and the rail
station (within walking distance) runs a regular direct service to
London Marylebone and Birmingham Snow Hill.
The project features 600m² of Forticrete's Splitface Architectural Masonry and around 800 specials, with the architect opting for stack bonded construction.
