The 3 storey building features large and small radius walls using both full and half blocks to excellent effect.

The University club provides sporting, social and hospitality facilities for all staff, post-graduates, alumni and retired staff of the university and associated institutions.

The new crescent-shaped club building in Mansfield Road brings  together all club activities under one roof and was officially opened by the Vice Chancellor on June 9th 2004.
