Project Description:

Another successful handover took place four weeks ahead of programme as part of the Oldham LIFT, Local Improvement Finance Trust, with 750m² of Forticrete Venezia  Architectural Masonry featuring in the build.

The new £6m state of the art Primary Care Centre in Glodwick was handed over to the tenants, Oldham Primary Care Trust at the end of March 2007. A 5 week commissioning period was then initiated before full occupation by the GP practices, dentist, PCT services and pharmacy could take place. The Primary Care Centre is due to open its doors to the public at the end of April 2007.
