Project Description:
This £22.7m development for Cambridge University featured Forticrete's Ribloc and was completed in October 2004.
Phase 1 - The North Site - comprised staff and post-doctorate
residential accommodation providing 62 two and three-bedroom
flats. The buildings varied between 2 and 4 storeys and included
a nursery for 88 children, associated play areas and
landscaped courtyards.
Phase 2 - The South Site - comprised 144, one?bedroom
flats. Both phases included associated parking, infrastructure,
access road, site services, enabling works and landscaping.
